We start with the best stock of Angus and Hereford cattle. They are raised slowly and humanely on the plains of Southeastern Colorado. We wait until they have reached the optimum age and maturity. We include more than half delicious ground steak and roast in all of our ground beef. Studies have shown that beef raised in this manner is better for you. It is lower in fat and calories and higher in important vitamins like A and E. But more importantly, it tastes better. Don't just take our word for it.
